Serving tips
Used before or after cooking, our Creole seasoning works flavorful wonders on most any fish, sea-food, poultry or meat and in dishes such as Gumbo, Jambalaya & Shrimp creole.
Marinade instructions
Add 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning mix per 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
Coat fish, meat or poultry with marinade and allow it to sit, refrigerated, for at least 30 minutes.
"Rub" instructions
Instead of using a marinade, many professional chefs prefer the faster preparation and fuller flavor that comes from rubbing seasoning directly on foods. Simply rub our seasoning on lightly oiled fish, seafood, poultry or meat just before cooking.
