We are processing more orders than usual and are shipping orders as quickly as possible, although the current high demand may cause some delays. You’ll receive a shipping notice email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order online using the tracking number in that email and can also direct order-related and other questions to our Customer Care team.

  • All our products are prepared and packaged in accordance with strict state and federal health and safety guidelines and regulations. Vital Choice follows the FDA’s regulatory standards for the industry referred to as Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP).

Vital Choice sources salmon from a variety of areas in Alaska and California and is processed within the United States.

Vital Choice shipping facilities enforce these precautionary practices, based on guidance from Centers for Disease Control:

  • Shipping employees with any symptoms of infection must stay home.
  • We routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces in our shipping facilities.
  • Shipping employees must wash their hands often, and always after restroom or breaks, with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds.

In general, our products remain unchanged. However, due to the unusually high current demand, we may need to seek alternate sources of certain products. Rest assured that any replacements will be noted on our website and will meet equally high quality and sustainability standards.

If we run out of a product, it will be marked “out of stock” on our website, and you can use a link on its product page to request notification of its return.
