Harvested in Kotzebue Sound by an Iñupiat cooperative, our keta salmon is distinguished by its pink color, firm texture, and exceptionally mild flavor. It comes to you individually vacuum-sealed in serving-size portions that are perfect for the grill, skillet, or sheet pan, or in bulk “bits and pieces” that are ideal for tacos, chowders, kabobs, and fish cakes.
