Sustainably caught in wild Atlantic waters, our haddock comes from an MSC-certified fishery and is frozen at sea within hours of catch. Haddock is a member of the cod family and has a mild flavor, firm flesh, and moist texture. It is used interchangeably with cod but does have a slightly sweeter taste, which makes it the best white fish for smoking, a culinary tradition in Scotland. Delicious when baked, pan-fried, or made into fish cakes, tacos, or chowder. Individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in recipe-ready portions.
