I eat Up a package in a week between breakfast lunch or dinner so don’t worry about thawing. The taste is awesome. I never tasted salt and the mild maple flavor is perfect. I highly recommend. For even faster cooking, thaw a bacon package overnight in refrigerator (see instructions above), or place unopened package in cold water for 30 minutes or until flexible.
