Wild Crab and Shrimp Cakes

Handcrafted in small batches, our Northwest-style seafood cakes are made with equal parts Dungeness crab meat and wild Oregon pink shrimp in a delicately seasoned mixture of organic mayonnaise, gluten-free panko, red bell pepper, organic yellow onion, herbs, and spices. Three-ounce patties come to you flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in pairs. They take just a few minutes to cook and make a scrumptious appetizer, entrée, side dish, or snack.
Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook the patties from frozen. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil until shimmering. Add the patties to the pan and let them cook undisturbed until browned on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until browned, another 3 minutes. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite tartar sauce, aioli, or remoulade.
