In Japanese cuisine, tataki is a method of preparing fish by briefly searing it with a hot flame, then slicing it thinly and serving it raw. Like the fish served in the finest sushi bars, ours is flash-frozen within hours of harvest to preserve it’s fresh-caught quality.

"Excellent tataki" John Backer on 10/29/2020 09:15 Review: I've always been a been a big fan of tataki style preparation after being introduced to it by my favorite sushi chef. This salmon tataki is equally as good as that served at the sushi bar, and I'm saving a ton of money. Very fresh, high quality salmon makes this a quality product that I will continue buying. Sorry Chef Nobu!
