Description

Our albacore tuna comes from a Pacific fishery in which smaller boats line-catch individual fish using the troll method, which ensures careful handling of each fish, safety for dolphins, and very minimal bycatch. These rich and tender medallions are delicious when pan-seared and served rare. Individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in recipe-ready portions.
