Wild Sablefish Duo

Known also as black cod, our wild sablefish duo includes both plain and lightly smoked portions. Known for its high oil content and silky mouthfeel, sablefish is delicious when pan-seared and is less prone than other fish to overcooking. Individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in recipe-ready portions. Kosher.
