Description

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with this delicious duo featuring Vital Choice® wild Chilean seabass accompanied by a Harry & David® wheatberry-kale salad. Our Chilean seabass is line-caught in the deep, icy waters of the Ross Sea and has a rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth flavor, and large, moist flakes. It arrives individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in recipe-ready, skinless, boneless portions, and comes with our signature lemon pepper seasoning. Ready to thaw and serve, the kale salad is studded with zesty plant-based chorizo crumbles, crunchy carrots, and nutty wheatberries, and seasoned with a light dressing of rice vinegar, canola oil, garlic, red onion, and basil.

MSC CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD: Products with the blue fish mark and/or described as "MSC certified" come from a fishery that has been independently certified as sustainable under a program operated by The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), a global nonprofit organization. These fisheries have been found to meet all three principles of the MSC Fisheries Standard, which are to sustain wild seafood stocks, to use catch methods that have minimal environmental impact, and to demonstrate effective fishery management.
