- Vital Choice King Candy
- Vital Choice smoked sablefish nova lox
- Almonds
- Green olives
- Pickled onions
- Vital Choice sardine fillets
- Crackers
Instructions
- Thaw frozen fish in a cold water bath.
- While the seafood thaws, toast the almonds in a dry cast iron skillet for about 20 minutes.
- Remove thawed fish from packaging and remove skin. Gently separate the slices of nova lox and dice the king candy in 1-inch cubes.
- Arrange all ingredients on a decorative serving platter. Serve and enjoy!
