Handcrafted in small batches, these Northwest-style seafood cakes feature tender Dungeness and rock crab, plus cold-water shrimp from the coasts of Washington and Oregon. They're made with a delicately seasoned blend of panko breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, Parmesan, mayonnaise, eggs, herbs, and spices. Our three-ounce patties arrive flash-frozen, vacuum-packed in pairs, and ready to cook in minutes. Serve them as an appetizer, entrée, side dish, or satisfying snack.
Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook the patties from frozen. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil until shimmering. Add the patties to the pan and let them cook undisturbed until browned on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until browned, another 3 minutes. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite tartar sauce, aioli, or remoulade.
