Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup minced shallot
- ¼ cup minced cornichons or dill pickle
- 5 anchovy fillets in olive oil, minced to a paste (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh herbs (such as tarragon, chives or parsley)
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Tobasco or sriracha sauce to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Mix well
- Salt to taste
- Store in an air-tight container for up to one week in the fridge
