Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup mixed Vital Choice frozen berries (combination of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
  • /product/wild-organic-blueberries-1-lb-bag
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
  • 2 egg yolks, (ideally from chickens raised on pasture), optional
  • 1 cup coconut water (or water)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
