Except as noted below, we only ship to the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
The only exceptions are non-perishable shipments to Canada, and extremely limited international shipments, as described below.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
Non-perishable products — such as canned salmon, tuna, and sardines — can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii under the same terms as shipments within the continental United States, but typically take more time.
Perishable products can only be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses served by our couriers, and involve surcharges, as detailed under “General Fees and Policies” on our Shipping page.
To find out if you can receive a perishable shipment at your Alaska or Hawaii address, contact Customer Care at 800-608-4825 (Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time).
Shipments to Canada
We cannot ship perishable items to Canada.
We can ship non-perishable goods to Canada, but these orders cannot be placed online, and must be placed by phone (see “Canadian Shipping Information” on our Shipping page).
Vital Choice in Australia
Residents of Australia can order select Vital Choice canned seafood from our friends at Vital Choice Australia.
International shipping is very limited, and costs to countries other than Canada will be calculated by weight of goods shipped.
