What to know about having points add to your Vital Rewards account:
- If you have placed an order on VitalChoice.com and not received points yet, please wait till your order ships. We award points at the time the order ships.
- If you have referred a friend, please know that the order from your friend must also ship before you will see these points added to your account
- If you have completed an action, such as like us on Facebook, there might be a small delay in your points appearing in your account. Please - give us time to send the information to our loyalty team and have them add it to your account. Once done - your points should appear in the VitalRewards tool.
