Review: These tails are the best! so versatile to use, from using in a salad to an elaborate dinner. The taste is sweet & delicious. I can say from personal experience this employee owned company absolutely cares about it's customers and being sure they are satisfied and well taken care of, as well as being good stewards of the earth. I will not buy my seafood from anywhere but Vital Choice. The quality and personal care is extraordinary in today's world.

Review: My wife made risotto and put these lobster tails on top, truly a meal that any chef would be proud to serve at an upscale restaurant!! The lobster had such an amazing flavor, each bite tasted better than the last!! The lobster tasted like it was straight from the ocean to my plate, truly worth every penny spent for this incredible dinner! Hands down, this was the best “frozen” lobster I’ve ever had, I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves fresh food!!

Review: No matter how gentle I tried to reheat they were rubbery and less than advertised. My husband requested we not buy these again. I was hoping they would be really great so I could send them to my sister-in-law who dearly loves lobster.

VC is premium product, well packaged, completely shelled..
Lobster tails are just average sized at best, I would say on small size..
SB are Ocean caught with shell.. Essentiall same thing.
So I wouldn’t buy again unless I get better price.

Review: These are very good when you want lobster tail and are in a hurry. There wasn't any instructions enclosed in the package on how to defrost or prepare them though.

Review: I usually make these with fillet in my NuWave oven. I brush them with a little butter, and bake them for about 5 minutes. So far, they have been delicious and very tender, I will be ordering them again.

Review: This product is so fresh! I make lobster scampi -- quick easy, and healthy. Use low glycemic noodles, lemon juise, garlic, parsley, a little olive oil or butter and a little white wine. Add some vegetables if you want, saute them with the defrosted lobster meat. Really simple and delicious.

Review: I did these in the oven with a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and they were delicious! Tender and sweet, even though I had to cook them just a bit longer than the recipe stated, probably still a bit frozen in the middle. Served them with asparagus, mushrooms, and roasted potatoes, excellent meal.

Review: Baked for 10 minutes, according to instructions. Tails came out great. Used for salad, and lobster mac and cheese. Probably a little excessive for the meals, but well worth it.

Review: Lobster has always been a special treat. It is not uncommon that they are overcooked and tough in a restaurant even though you pay a premium price. Even though I had not cooked lobster, these were so easy and so delicious. I simply thawed them, brushed them with butter, and baked them in a NuWave oven for a few minutes. They were absolutely perfect! They are still a special treat, but one that we can have more often. We will definitely continue to buy these from Vital Choice when they are available.
