Ingredients
- 1 can Vital Choice Portuguese Sardines
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chile sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 piece lemongrass, tough outer leaves discarded, inner core thinly sliced
- 1 1⁄2 cups cups cilantro leaves and stems, lightly packed and torn
- 1⁄2 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the sweet chile sauce with lime juice and salt.
- Add the cilantro, sardines, lemongrass and red onion; toss to combine.
- Transfer the salad to a platter and serve immediately.
