Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad Jardinière

The French word "jardinière" dates back to the mid-19th century and means "female gardener".

These days it's more often used to mean either of two things:
  • An ornamental pot or stand for plants
  • A garnish of mixed vegetables.
Needless to say, the latter definition applies to this relatively light yet robust dish.

Feel free to substitute or add any fresh vegetables of your liking to this easy, rustic recipe.
