Skagit River Ranch Original Steak Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup Vital Choice balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 cup Vital Choice extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon thyme
• 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
• 3 teaspoons honey

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Lay steaks in a container that is just large enough to hold them. Add marinade, making sure all meat surfaces are thoroughly coated.
3. Marinate in a fridge for 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally, for a subtle flavor and up to 12 hours for extra punch.
