Our sweet, Tiny Pink Shrimp (Pandalus borealis) are sustainably wild-harvested from clean, cold waters.
Even smaller than our frozen Wild Oregon Petite Pink Shrimp, they're delicious right out of the can — or in salads, pastas, sandwiches, soups, sauces, and chowders.
Tiny Pink Shrimp: Sparkling pure and fully sustainable
Most pink shrimp are farm-raised in countries with lax environmental and purity standards, and loose oversight.
In contrast, ours have no additives — while the State of Oregon limits harvesting permits, closes the season during the reproductive period, and requires use of "by-catch” reduction devices.
Unlike some tropical shrimp fisheries, the small number of trawlers that catch Oregon pink shrimp do not drag the seafloor or catch sea turtles.
