Wild Pacific King Salmon: skin-on / boneless 6 oz portions

Known also as Chinook, Pacific king salmon is the richest and most sought-after of the Pacific salmon family. Line-caught on small boats, our king salmon is iced immediately and flash-frozen to preserve its fresh-caught quality. Wild king salmon tops all wild salmon species for fat and omega-3 content and is also rich in vitamin D. Sustainably harvested and Kosher. Product of USA or Canada.

Wild Alaskan Cod: skinless / boneless 6-oz portions

Sustainably wild-caught in Alaska’s pristine waters, our premium Pacific cod is mild in flavor and has a firm flaky texture. Like all Alaskan seafood, our cod is responsibly managed to support continued abundance. Fabulous when baked, sautéed, or grilled, cod is a versatile white fish that pleases many palates. 

Albacore Tuna Medallions: skinless / boneless 6 oz portions

Our Sushi-grade and small in size, our white albacore tuna is deliciously pure and abundant in omega-3s. Troll-caught and flash-frozen at sea, it’s always dolphin safe and comes from a certified-sustainable North Pacific fishery. We recommend seasoning with our signature Seafood Rub and pan-searing in a little coconut oil. Product of USA.

Ahi Tuna Poke Kit: 1 lb cubed tuna + seasoning packet

Quick, healthy, and quintessentially Hawaiian, poke (POH-keh) is a raw fish salad for serving alone as an appetizer, or with rice and toppings as a main dish. For authentic island flavor, our poke kit features wild ahi (yellowfin) tuna, along with organic, gluten-free seasoning and recipe card. Our tuna is sushi grade and rated Green/ Best Choice by the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch. The ahi is a product of Indonesia; the spice packet is a product of USA.

Alaskan Sockeye Nova Lox: sliced 4-oz package

• Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or before 10 AM Tuesday will ship on Tuesday* to arrive 1-3 days later.
• Orders placed between 10 AM Tuesday and 10 AM Wednesday will ship on Wednesday* to arrive 1-2 days later.
• Orders placed after 10 AM on Wednesday through 12:00 midnight Friday will ship on Monday* to arrive 1-3 days later.
