If my order contains frozen and non-frozen goods (such as canned fish), will they arrive separately?

In most but not all cases, frozen and non-frozen goods will ship separately.

Non-frozen goods — such as canned foods, dry goods, and supplements — typically arrive several days after your frozen goods arrive.

The time span between arrival of frozen and non-perishable goods depends on various factors, including which day of the week your order was placed.

Non-frozen goods ship Monday through Friday via Ground service and typically arrive from 3 to 7 business days after your order was placed, depending upon destination and other factors. (Non-frozen goods shipped to Washington State, Oregon, or Northern California may arrive in 1 to 2 days.)

Frozen goods normally ship by 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Ground (depending upon destination), Monday through Wednesday.

Delivery of frozen goods depends on when your order was placed:

  • Frozen goods ordered Thursday through Sunday typically arrive by Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.
  • Frozen goods ordered Monday through Wednesday typically arrive by Friday of the same week, or Monday of the following week.

Note: If you place your order by 10 AM Pacific time and request Overnight Shipping, it will ship that day for delivery the following day. Overnight Shipping orders placed after 10 AM Pacific time will ship the following day to arrive the day after that.
