Our breezy brew starts with premium green tea, to which we add three zesty, refreshing herbal accents: soothing ginger root, luscious lemongrass, and Australia’s unique lemon myrtle.
Lemongrass is a key herb in Thai cuisine, while Australians use lemon myrtle to flavor foods and brighten tea blends.
Australian Aborigines used lemon myrtle both as a seasoning and healing herb, and famed Aussie food mavens Maggie and Colin Beer call it "the Queen of lemon herbs".

- Heat water just until steam begins to curl from the kettle.
- Start with 2 teaspoons of tea for each 6 oz serving. Use a strainer large enough to allow the leaves to open fully.
- Steep for 3 to 5 minues and remove leaves when ready. Rely on taste, not color.
