1 heaping cup mixed frozen berries (combination of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
½ ripe avocado
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
2 egg yolks, (ideally from chickens raised on pasture), optional
1 cup coconut water (or water)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
