Sicilian-Style Grilled or Broiled Sablefish

2 cloves garlic
3 sprigs fresh Italian parsley
2 sprigs fresh thyme (cleaned)
- Marinate each 4 oz. piece of sablefish for 30 minutes.
- Once grill (or broiler) is hot, cook fish for about 3 minutes on each side.
