Salmon en Papillote - Viking Cooking Video
As our readers may recall, we recently partnered with Viking Cooking School … a division of Viking Range Corporation, which originated commercial-type appliances for the home.
She demonstrates the preparation and coooking of one 6 oz portion, which makes one or two servings, depending on appetites.
Salmon en Papillote
To serve more people, just cook more 6 oz portions, each in its own parchment package.
Parchment paper
Fresh leeks and bell pepper
White wine or vermouth
Fresh parsley and dill
Lemon slices
Butter
- Just follow Chef Senn's clear assembly instructions, then place the parchment pack(s) on a pan and cook in a pre-heated 450 F oven for 8 minutes. Remove, open the parchment carefully, and serve.
