In addition to companion cabbage, this tasty cultured food features two time-honored East Asian favorites: daikon radish and ginger, plus a pinch of sea salt.
Unlike red radishes, daikon is naturally mild, and because it is fermented, the ginger in our product does not have the “heat” found in the raw root. | |

Simply thaw and serve.
After thawing, natural fermentation will continue and the package may swell. This natural process will not affect the quality of the contents.
After thawing, keep refrigerated and enjoy within one month.
