Each Mix pack provides the basics for up to six succulent Salmon Patties.
As directed, just blend the Mix contents and canned salmon* with eggs to create tasty patties quickly.

Store in a cool dry place.
Salmon Patties (makes six* 4.5 oz. patties)

Mix 2 large eggs with 2 tablespoons of water in a medium bowl, and whisk until smooth.

Lightly drain both cans of Vital Choice Wild Red™ sockeye salmon.

Add sockeye and Salmon Patty Mix to egg mixture, gently breaking up sockeye to combine.

Form into 6 patties.*

Brush or spray a large non-stick skillet lightly with olive oil and place over medium heat for 1 minute.

Place patties in pan and cook for a total of 10 minutes, turning once.
*You can make patties in any size you wish, to produce more or less than six.
