Review: I have not had any good Lox since I left Chicago 15 yrs ago. My shipment arrived yesterday as promised and it was all I could do to wait for the Lox to thaw. This was my birthday present to myself and I did good ( well actually you did great!). This morning I got out the cream cheese sliced a bagel and tomato and onion and savored every bite. I was in heaven. I just wanted you to know how I appreciate the quality of your product. Thank you all!!! Tonight Halibut :}
