Review: I LOVE Vital Choice. Their products are healthy, delicious and smart for today's on-the-go person. I have tried the salmon burgers...excellent, the spicy chorizo sausage, italian sausage and herbed sausage. This is one of my faves. Portion size is perfect. My only suggestion would be to reduce the amount of sodium in the product.
