Review: I was pleasantly surprised to find research based health information for important nutrients found in certain foods. Grass fed milk, cheese, meats and chicken are a must. Leafy greens important for eyes. Book is a good supplement to my already extensive health resources.

Review: This book delves into healthy eating and is a primer and an everyday source of information about the foods and nutrients you can take to keep yourself healthy, and/or help whatever ailments you may have. When I first opened it, I couldn't put it down as there is so much useful information on staying healthy by eating the right foods.
