Review: I just received this and experimented with changing it to extend the quantity. It turned out AMAZING! I added 1 can of organic coconut milk, pinch of salt, 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup, fresh sliced organic carrots/kale, one 6 oz. portion of VC's cod, and then cooked it in my Kuhn Rikon (Swiss) pressure cooker for around 13 min. The cod came out amazingly soft and buttery, the veggies softened, and the overall soup is restaurant quality in flavor. My recipe generated an entree for 2 hungry adults, or 4 small starter soups. Next time, I will add in: 2 more seafood types like squid and/or shrimp, 1/2 can of bamboo shoots/baby corns, and baby spinach leaves (no kale). If you are making my recipe for 2 adults, add two 6 oz. portions of fish, not one.

Review: Try adding some cod (or any fish) to this and you have the perfect "fast food" meal. Heats up quickly and I even add extra coconut milk when I add fish. So healthy.

Review: This soup is great with any white fish added. I must have a large appetite, because I could eat a whole package by myself! Could you make them in a family size? Try this, it really is wonderful. Especially if you enjoy coconut milk.
