"I love your salmon and often want protein in the morning because it really gets me through the usual 10am hunger slump.
"For the past few months I have been taking the salmon portions and slicing them into sticks, like the traditional fish sticks.
"For breakfast, I take a few from the freezer, dip them in milk or a fruit juice, roll them in organic breadcrumbs and ground flax seed, pop the salmon sticks in the oven and have the best salmon sticks ever for a breakfast treat.
