Trial-and-error resulted in a marinade seasoning recipe that just about everyone loves! In response to hundreds of requests, we've packaged our Organic Salmon Marinade mix, along with the super-simple marinade recipe.

Serving tips Used as a seasoning before or after cooking, our savory Organic Salmon Marinade mix works flavorful wonders on most any fish, meat, poultry, or soy food. It also makes the basis of a dynamite oil-and-vinegar salad dressing. Marinade instructions Add 1 Tablespoon marinade mix per 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil. Coat fish, meat, poultry, or tofu with marinade and allow it to sit, refrigerated, for at least 30 minutes. "Rub" instructions Instead of using a marinade, many professional chefs prefer the faster preparation and fuller flavor that comes from rubbing seasoning directly on foods. Simply rub our Salmon Marinade mix – or any combination of our Organic Herbs and Spices – on lightly oiled fish, meat, poultry, or tofu just before cooking.
