In addition to being a key ingredient in homemade curry powders and chai (spiced tea), we suggest these uses:
• Add coriander seeds to the liquid when poaching fish.
• Add coriander seeds to soups and broths.
• In a saucepan over low heat, combine vanilla soymilk, honey, coriander and cinnamon for a delicious beverage.
• Sauté spinach, fresh garlic, and coriander seeds, mix in garbanzo beans (chick peas), and season with ginger and cumin.
