Our Smoked Alaskan Salmon Sampler  

  • Sliced Nova Lox (Cold-Smoked Sockeye) – 4 oz pack

    We cold-smoke slices of this incredibly luscious fish to create a sinfully scrumptious delight, perfect for bagels, brunch buffets, hors d’oeuvres, or any way you’d serve our Salmon Lox.
  • King Salmon “Candy” – 5 oz portion
    We hand-harvest King salmon at the peak of fat content, de-bone it, brined in salt and organic brown sugar, and smoke it to perfection using natural alder wood. The result is so outrageously rich and alluring that Alaskans call this treat “Salmon candy”.  

Storage
Keep frozen until ready to serve. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, or for faster readiness, place unopened package in cold water for 30 minutes or until smoked fish is flexible.

Serving Tips
Smoked salmon is as safe as cooked fish, thanks to the natural, salt-mediated curing process and flash-freezing.

• Serve on a bialy, whole grain bagel, thin-sliced dark rye bread, or crisp rye cracker such as Wasa Bread. Spread the bagel, bread, or cracker with light cream cheese or avocado and top the salmon with thin tomato slices and/or capers and fresh basil leaves.
• Crumble chunks into scrambled eggs with chopped, quick-sautéed chives, scallions, or bell peppers.
