The details:

1. Lifetime commissions. 8% for first orders, 5% for repeat orders.
2. High level of repeat orders. Our customers tend to become very loyal, with many ordering several times a year.
3. Large average order size. (2009 average order value exceeds $160)
4. Phone orders are included in our commission calculation. We can track your affiliate ID at the call center.
5. You needn't have a website to earn affiliate fees. Here's how: 
     a. Complete the affiliate application below.
     b. Upon approval of your application you will receive a unique tracking link
     c. Place this link in any e-mails or other materials you distribute.
     d. Once used, all subsequent orders by that customer will generate a commission.
     e. Upon request we will provide you with Vital Choice promotional materials at no charge.
