For these reasons and more, our business is growing at a strong pace. We began operations in August of 2002 and are already among top 500 internet retail websites. We're looking for committed affiliate partners to share in our success and help promote our mission. When it comes to affiliates, we're looking for quality, not quantity.

The details:

1. Lifetime commissions. 8% for first orders, 5% for repeat orders.
2. High level of repeat orders. Nearly half of our customers order multiple times.
3. Large average order size. (2007 web orders average $160)
4. Phone orders are included in our commission calculation. We can track your affiliate ID at the call center.
5. You needn't have a website to earn affiliate fees. Here's how: 
     a. Complete the affiliate application below.
     b. Upon approval of your application you will receive a unique tracking link
     c. Place this link in any e-mails or other materials you distribute.
     d. Once used, all subsequent orders by that customer will generate a commission.
     e. Upon request we will provide you with Vital Choice promotional materials at no charge.
