Here's how it works:
- The next time you check out an order, enter the code HEALTHWISE in the Gift Codes box under your cart.
As our thanks for signing up, you will receive a 5% discount on this first HealthWise order.)
- You will then have 1 year – your personal “HealthWise Year” – in which to place 8 more qualifying* orders.
Once you've placed 9 orders, you will receive a HealthWise Reward Certificate equal to their average total before shipping. For example, if you place 9 orders averaging $135 each you will receive a $135 HealthWise Reward Certificate.
- Every year, your new HealthWise Year will start automatically on the date when you first entered the HealthWise code. We call that your “HealthWise Anniversary”, and we'll display the date in your Account for easy reference.
- Your HealthWise Reward Certificate provides a unique Code to enter the next time you check out an order. If that order doesn't use up your HealthWise Reward, we’ll apply it to later purchases, automatically.
*Shipping charges – and Orders that include other discounts, free gifts, or codes – do NOT count toward HealthWise rewards; see Restrictions, below.
HealthWise Program Restrictions
- Qualified Order Credits are non-transferable.
- Shipping charges do not count toward calculation of your reward. Orders placed under different accounts (log-in profiles) may not be combined.
- Multiple same-day orders to the same address will constitute only one qualified HealthWise Order. (Placing multiple small orders results in wasteful packaging and energy consumption and incurs handling and shipping costs that undermine our ability to offer the program to all customers.)
- Orders placed for other existing customers are not allowed. (Gift orders are allowed, however multiple gift recipients per order count as a single qualifying order).
- Cancelled or returned HealthWise orders are ineligible.
- Orders placed using a promotional code or discount will not count when we calculate your HealthWise Reward balance. For example, if you enter a Gift Code or Affiliate Code in one of your subsequent orders, the dollar amount of that order will not be counted towards your HealthWise cumulative order total.
- The HealthWise program begins on January 8, 2008. No orders placed before January 8, 2008 will count toward HealthWise rewards. (HealthWise2007 ended at midnight PST on December 31, 2007.)
- We reserve the right to cancel the HealthWise Rewards program at any time. Customers who have time left in their HealthWise Year on the date of cancellation would remain eligible to place enough qualifying orders to earn HealthWise Rewards.

HealthWise Program Rules
- ENROLLMENT: The HealthWise program opens on Tuesday, January 8 2008. Participants in prior HealthWise programs are not automatically enrolled, and must re-enroll. To join our HealthWise program, place an order on our Web site, using the Gift Code “HEALTHWISE”.
- QUALIFIED ORDERS: Orders placed by you on our Web Site with the Code “HEALTHWISE”, which do NOT include any other discounts, codes, or gifts qualify. Orders placed by phone or mail are NOT qualified orders.
Only Qualified Orders will count toward the 9 orders required to receive a Reward.
- PERMANENT ENROLLMENT. After placing the first HealthWise order, you do NOT need to enter the HealthWise code on subsequent orders. Qualified Orders include Gift Orders placed and paid for by you, including those shipped to addresses other than your own. Orders that receive any other discount will NOT qualify as HealthWise orders.
- PERSONAL "HEALTHWISE YEAR": To receive a HealthWise Reward Certificate, you must place 9 qualifying orders within any 1 year period that starts on your original enrollment date, or “HealthWise Anniversary”: a period we call your "HealthWise Year".
• Each new 1-year eligibility period starts on the date of your HealthWise Anniversary, when you made your original enrolling purchase (for example, January 12 or February 5). This date will be displayed in your Account.
• Beginning on your HealthWise Anniversary date, you will have one year to make at least 9 qualifying orders in order to earn a credit.
• All subsequent 1-year HealthWise Years start on your HealthWise Anniversary date. Each new 1-year HealthWise Year ENDS on the day before the date of your HealthWise Anniversary date. For example, if your HealthWise Anniversary is February 5, your 1-year eligibility window ends on February 4. Thus, in order to receive a HealthWise Reward, you would need to place 9 qualifying orders during the 1-year period from February 5 through February 4
- REWARDS: Your Reward Certificate will equal the average pre-shipping cost of 9 qualifying orders placed within any 1 year period that starts on your original enrollment date. If you place 9 orders twice or more in one year, you will get a reward credit for each set of 9 orders you place in that 12-month eligibility period. For example, placing 18 orders during 1 eligibility year would earn you 2 HealthWise reward credits.
- PROFILES: To insure that you receive proper HealthWise credit for each order, you must keep your customer information current, and log in under the same username and password (“profile”) each time you place an order. IMPORTANT: If you need to make changes to your profile, simply visit our home page, and click the “My Account” link.
- AWARDS: Notification of HealthWise Rewards will be sent via email within 30 days of the date earned. Your Reward value will equal the average amount of your 9 qualifying orders.
- MULTIPLE AWARDS: Once a Reward has been earned, subsequent qualified orders will count toward subsequent Rewards. Reward Certificates will be issued after each 9th qualified HealthWise order is completed within your personal HealthWise Year, which starts on your HealthWise Anniversary date and ends 1 year later, on the day before your HealthWise Anniversary date.
