Baked Pink Salmon Fillets with Dill
4 (6 oz each) Vital Choice Pink ReefNet Salmon fillets
Salt and fresh-ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Vital Choice Organic Macadamia Nut Oil
2 lemons, sliced thinly
2 limes, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place fillets in a baking dish, flesh side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; drizzle with macadamia oil. Cover the fillets with lemon and lime slices and sprinkle with dill. Bake about 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
