Description

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with this delicious duo featuring Vital Choice® wild petrale sole accompanied by Harry & David® currant-couscous salad with sun-dried tomatoes. Petrale's fine texture and delicately nutty taste are naturally complemented by our organic lemon pepper seasoning, which is also included. Wild-caught in Eastern Pacific waters, our petrale fillets arrive individually flash-frozen and defrost quickly. Each 20-ounce bag contains two to three fillets, perfect for making delicious sole piccata, sole meunière, baked or pan-fried sole, and more. Ready to thaw and serve, the salad features Israeli couscous tossed with sweet corn kernels, green bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, Zante currants, and green onions, and is complemented with a light dressing of rice vinegar, canola oil, asiago cheese, garlic, and basil.

MSC CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD: Products with the blue fish mark and/or described as "MSC certified" come from a fishery that has been independently certified as sustainable under a program operated by The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), a global nonprofit organization. These fisheries have been found to meet all three principles of the MSC Fisheries Standard, which are to sustain wild seafood stocks, to use catch methods that have minimal environmental impact, and to demonstrate effective fishery management.
